Annual Meeting Minutes
Presidents
intro: Directors will not be at the front table any longer. We decided
it is best for them to sit with the general members as they are
representing their interests. Thank you to Bob Leslie and Lisa Lundmark
for all of their efforts for Chrome to the Dome and to all who showed
up to pass out bumper stickers after the Twins game.
In July it will be illegal to text message and drive.
There are some bylaw changes that we would like to address. We would
like to add 2 new BOD positions. The legislative coordinators do a lot
of work in their positions, we feel that they should also have a vote
on the BOD.
Motion to accept bylaw changes in their entirety. The director
positions will be appointed for this term, they will be an elected
position in the future.
